How can I get multiple pledges/add-ons?
To get multiple pledges or add-ons simply pledge for the total cost of the pledges/add-ons that you want to get. Any amount you pledge for during the KS campaign will be automatically transferred to the Pledge Manager once the campaign closes.

How can I get a copy (or multiple copies) of the Baron / Duc / Comte Packs?
These bundles are offered at a discounted price ONLY during the Kickstarter Campaign (they will not be available for purchase in retail, or in the Pledge Manager. To get multiple Packs simply select one of the Packs and pledge for the total cost of the pledges that you want to get (for example if you want one Baron Pack (75€) and one Duc Pack (145€), select the Duc Pac pledge and pledge for 200€ (75+145). Remember that the Duc Pack is limited to 100 units, so if you want a Duc Pack, select the corresponding pledge as per the previous example. Your credit will then be transferred to the Pledge Manager once the campaign closes. In the Pledge Manager you will be able to confirm your selections.

Can I pledge for 1€ now and get into the Pledge Manager?
Yes! To get into the Pledge Manager you can pledge for any amount you want, even the 1€ pledge. Remember that the Baron / Duc / Comte Packs will not be present in the Pledge Manager but only during the KS Campaign.

How does the Pledge Manager work?
The Pledge Manager will open once the KS campaign ends and if the project funds. In such case the amount you pledged for during the KS campaign, will be transferred to the Pledge Manager. You will then be able to use your credit to get other items, even changing rewards, getting add-ons or increasing your credit. Remember that the Baron / Duc / Comte Packs will not be present in the Pledge Manager but only during the KS Campaign.

I own the old edition of Fief. Which items do I have to add to upgrade to the new version?
To upgrade to the new version you may purchase the regular Fief France Gameboard. Those having the old edition of the game will be able to integrate the new France map and the Harbor rules (available for digital download) to their existing ruleset, using that edition’s ruleset together with the amount of tokens they have in their edition. Other than that we’ve made available two Upgrade Packs for owners of the previous editions; please see the Add-on section on the project page.

The Fief France Board Game is only available in English and French at present time, you will be able to choose the language you want in the Pledge Manager, at check-out. The ruleset will be the same for both editions.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
